Some time ago, Verizon promised that his Motorola tablet will receive updated Xoom, allowing the slate to launch 4 G LTE network carrier by spring. If you somehow you survive under a rock and don't know what that means, it is a big deal. Speed increase tablet adds invaluable with ya ' know, time is money. The only thing that the spring came and went, and then in the summer to do the same. Still not updated.

But alas, a letter was sent to … business and Government Xoom owners? Unified Messaging (UM). Ok. So obviously the Government officers and other types of business will be "experimental" LTE Xoom before everyone else, according to the droid-life. Definitely strange, but we don't really care as long as the update is suitable for real this time. Our pilot testers get updated next week, so we common folk would be a bit more to go.

You'll know that the time has come when you will receive an email from Motorola with instructions on how to get the ball rolling. Motorola offers a quick backup before starting work, since this is a pretty major update and can destroy the device. Motorola also said it was ready to go without Xoom at least three days after you move it to update.

Here is a copy of the letter from Motorola:

Even though we were quite sure that the Motor was going to go all KORE on Tablet lineup last week, it looks like the CRUST is simply a trademark for the heart rate monitor and a headphones combo that works with Motorola phones. Bums Ville.

The character is limited to the following goods and services: electronic medical not PORTABLE physical activity and fitness device for measuring traffic, energy consumption of the individual and the level of physical activity and accessories, thus, namely, the headphone jack; SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT AND MONITORING OF PERSONAL ACTION AND IMPLEMENTATION PLANS, TRAINING PLANS, TRAINING PURPOSES AND TO PROVIDE FEEDBACK ON THE RESULTS ACHIEVED.

CRUST may also be music player/fitness device which appeared a while back, which would definitely make it more interesting, just a pair of headphones. This is all just conjecture and kremlinology, obviously, so we'll see.

Apple blocks sales of Samsung Galaxy 10.1 tab in the EU, Motorola Xoom?

Samsung-Galaxy-Tab-10.1_1

Back in April, when he was just a bunch of harsh words and vicious threats beef between Samsung and Apple was very entertaining. But only funny until someone gets hurt and this time it is Europe that will feel the pain. In its infinite tiff with Samsung, the South Korean-based Apple won an interim order block sales of 10.1 Galaxy tab within the whole European Union, after deduction of the Netherlands.

Strange is the fact that Samsung seems to have no idea all this was going down until it is too late. In particular, the order was given "without any hearings or evidence from Samsung," said spokesman Kim Titus Samsung, who confirmed to Bloomberg. Apparently, it's pretty normal in Germany, the plaintiffs must only prove that the violation occurred to obtain orders rolling, provisional or permanent basis without the need to inform the other party. However, the Court grants preliminary injunction only often (like this) when it considered that subsequent permanent ban will be provided as well. If this is not and Apple loses, the Cupertino-based company will certainly have to Samsung.

According to German news service DPA this prohibition relates entirely to design and intellectual property rights, and not patents related to software or hardware. Apple made clear long before anything went down in Europe that he was not happy with the appearance of GalTab 10.1 and even went as far as to say that the Samsung copied Apple style packaging, too. The word "humbly" comes to mind. But there's still a little Sliver of hope for our European friends, who was just dying to play around with Samsung in 10-inch slate. Galaxy tabs in stock will continue to sell until the current inventory is gone. So if you want, just leave now. Not even to keep reading.

I mean it. .. Go!

In any case, Samsung has responded to the ban, promising "to act quickly to protect our intellectual property rights through ongoing trials in Germany and will continue to defend these rights throughout the world. We will take all necessary measures to ensure the Samsung innovative mobile communication devices are available for customers in Europe and in the world. "

In the meantime Apple seems to have moved to yet another competitor, SlashGear. Motorola and Apple closely for the past few months, but only after digging into the Galaxy tab News she discovered that Apple has already filed a complaint with the European design cell powered Xoom. Since Samsung does not know this prohibition has survived, it is very likely that Motorola just becomes aware of this now, as it is distributed across the Internet. Speculation suggests that Apple is going straight for a permanent ban from Motorola, Xoom has been around long enough for him.

Started by Steve jobs, Steve Wozniak and Ronald Wayne, Apple has expanded from computers to consumer electronics over the past 30 years, officially change their name from Apple Computer.

Before we begin, I would ask that you all have your grain of salt to ready because we enter some very speculative. Motorola is already a domain shopping spree lately, and with a bit of snooping, the folks over at fusible, now we're all Privy Moto at purchase.

On 3 August there were five domains, MotorolaKore.com, KoreMotorola.com, kore.com, MotoKore.com and Moto Motorola-Kore.com. This is obviously the first batch of domains, Motorola took quite a long time, which gives just a little supports the idea that Motorola has up their sleeves for the next few months.

Now of course nothing is actually concrete at the moment the crust. Registration information listed technical contacts at Motorola mobility and domain names, confirm it, so at least we have developed you don't get the wrong half of Motorola here.

Fortunately the Motorola mobility CEO gave us some opportunities to play, thanks to some subtle statements he made during the earnings call last week. He admitted that going forward, Motorola expects to launch two more 4 G-capable pills and at least one more 4 G Smartphone. Crust may be one of the devices that he had in mind, and in view of its reference to "the problem now is first to market with Xoom" my money at the purchases of domain, time of their first big marketing push for new pills. Xoom was a bit of a mixed bag when it comes to marketing, especially in view of their Super Bowl ad looked great but said next to nothing about the tablet. It sounds like Jah and the company could have learned their lesson, and Kore can be the first device to benefit from it.
