We spent countless posts, CrunchGear times, giant (60-foot) statue of Gundam, which was erected in Tokyo and Shizuoka in 2009 and 2010. "Life-size" statue has been deconstructed for several months ago, and now Bandai, the company behind the Gundam franchise, decided to bring it back to Tokyo.

But this time Gundam was not erected back in part instead. The pieces will be on display until 21 August in Odaiba, an artificial island in Tokyo Bay.

Obviously, the idea here is to visitors (who have to pay $ 6.50), Gundam part up and close, for example the head, arms and his shield. People can actually sit in his Gundam in seconds or get a fixed bikes for electricity generation, which makes his head glow (pedal power).

Not bad, but "real" Gundam statue was much more impressive.
