
After 20 years yesterday on Linux, Linux Foundation publishes today an infographic, highlighting some remarkable changes in Linux and computer industry over the past twenty years. The Linux kernel was 250 000 lines of code in 1995, but he was 14 million lines of code in 2010. Linux users use it increasingly at home and at work today, not only at home for personal purposes.
LinuxCon officially kicks off today, and I will meet with a number of people from all over the Linux ecosystem, from Red Hat CEO Jim Whitehurst to Canonical Allison Randal for Nithya Ruff Wind River Linux.
